1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
Credit & Debit Cards: We accept major international credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed via our secure payment gateway.

2. Pricing and Currency

4. Billing and Invoicing
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. This acts as your digital receipt.
Wholesale Invoicing: For business-to-business (B2B) partners, a formal Pro-Forma Invoice will be issued upon request or order approval. The final Commercial Invoice will be provided once the shipment is processed and handed over to our courier partner.
Payment Terms: For retail customers, full payment is required before an order is processed for shipment. For wholesale partners, payment terms will be governed by the specific Purchase Agreement signed between our companies.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or handed over to the courier. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
Refunds: Due to the nature of aromatic, raw, and organic products, we generally do not accept returns once the product seal is broken or the product has been handled.
Discrepancies: If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will conduct a review and, if a mistake on our part is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
